Jay’s responsibilities as a Pension Consultant include consulting and administration for one of the teams in the defined contribution plan administration department. Jay has been in the pension administration business since 1999 and has been with Preferred Pension Planning since 2008. He has attained the ASPPA designation of Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator (QKA). Jay is a graduate of University of Maryland where he received a BS in mathematics.
