Telephone Policy
Our regular business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday
through Friday, except major holidays. During these hours, a
receptionist will answer the phone. She will ask if you prefer
to leave a voice mail message or speak to someone else for
assistance. You will be able to leave voice mail messages during
non-business hours as well. Our policy here at Preferred Pension
Planning Corporation is to assure that our calls are returned
within 24 hours. Please call and let us know if you do not
receive a response in the 24 hour time frame. For your
