new clients on board. Their functions also include the following:

• Design the plan that will best meet the company's objectives

• Gather the information that is necessary to keep the plan running smoothly

• Write the plan and trust document and secure government approval

• Provide clear and understandable employee communications materials

• Present investment options and coordinate with the investment provider

• Transfer assets seamlessly from a previous investment provider

• Prepare amendments, resolutions, and other documentation to reflect

• Set up payroll deductions and procedures for depositing contributions
