PLAN ADMINISTRATION
The Plan Administration Department will keep your plan compliant throughout
the year. The Administrators will review the plan design, make recommend-
ations, and will consult with you on any issues regarding plan management.
Their functions include the following:
• Obtain census, financial, and other information about the plan on an
ttannual basis
• Run the various tests required to keep the plan in compliance with
t government regulations
• Prepare an annual report summarizing the plan's status
• Prepare required government forms and reports
• Work with your broker, accountant, attorney and other advisors to
t coordinate the responsibilities for plan administration
• Make recommendations for changes to improve the design and
t operation of the plan
• Answer questions as they arise
